At TennisGear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help you ace your game, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets remain in their plastic grip wrap.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear to ensure it meets our return standards, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
